When you leave the details of custom event planning to us, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the day and feel confident knowing every last element is taken care of. Our flawless execution on your special day, means
a celebration that brings joy.

What does this package include?

This package includes screening, selecting and management of up to 10 vendors. On your special day you’ll have an on-site planner and at least one assistant devoted to handling every imaginable detail.

"Month-of" Event Management

If you don’t require “Full Service Planning” but need more than “day-of” coordination, then “Month-of” event management is a great option.

Who is the package for?

This package is for people who have already secured some vendors, the venue and already know your guest count and budget. It is for clients who want someone who can help guide them toward making decisions with vendors, assist in timeline and manage the entire event.

What does this package include?

This package includes screening, selecting and management of up to 5 vendors. On the “day-of” you’ll have an on-site planner and at least one assistant handling every single detail. Our work together begins two months before your special day.

Ad Hoc Services

These are some services we offer individually or in addition to our packages.

  • One-on-one consultation for budget creation and management
  • Emergency coordination and planning needs
  • Additional coordinators and assistants
  • RSVP management
  • Hotel room block reservations
  • Transportation coordination

*Consultation is available hourly, rates vary depending on scope of service.* All quotes are customized based on the length of the project, guest count, location and time of the year. Let’s set-up a time to chat about what level of service you’ll need.

Venue Selection Service/Private Dining Room

Assistance with finding the ideal venue for your social events, including but not limited to rehearsal dinner, reception dinner, bridal luncheon and newlywed brunch to suit your needs and budget.

It includes:

  • Meet and greet in person or via telephone call to discuss details of the event
  • We will provide venue contacts and request customize selection
  • We will communicate and schedule with venues
  • We will coordinate up to 3 venue tours (if needed)

Day-of Set-Up Only for Any Social Events

This package is for those who need assistance with their social event including wedding ceremony or reception only. We decorate, orchestrate and organize your entire event so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

It includes:

  • Meet and greet in person or via telephone call. Discuss details of the event and confirm layout of the space
  • Minimal décor set-up. 2 hours for guest counts up to 50 (pricing varies based on the complexity of the event, additional day of staff will be required for guests more than 50)
  • Coordination with venue (Event specialist) for load-in and set-up time
  • We will be there to assist with any last-minute details or unexpected occurrence before the event starts
  • Unlimited emails, calls or texting to the event coordinator

*We require two months prior to your event day for the opportunity to schedule a site visit to your location, meet and greet with your event specialist to discuss logistics and other details.
